Dwarf Citrus Kaffir Lime

The Dwarf Kaffir Lime (Citrus hystrix) is a compact, slow-growing, thorny evergreen shrub that typically reaches around 1.5–2 metres in height, making it well suited to small gardens or container growing. It is valued mainly for its intensely aromatic, double-lobed, hourglass-shaped dark green leaves, which are widely used in Southeast Asian cooking, rather than for its small fruit.
